Regarding fake review written by neopetsguides.com

Originally we just ignored that site, but we had people asking us so I thought I explain what is happening.

If you have googled us before you probably saw this fake review written on neopetsguides.com about how they ordered from us and didn't receive it in several days, and how bad our customer service is, it's all fake.

We have shipped over 8,000 orders and never took over 24 hours to fulfill an order unless we don't have essential information like customer's username, and we always refund if for any reason we cannot fulfil the order. And anyone who has contacted us knows how friendly our customer support is, saying our support is "dismissive" and "hostility" is complete bullshit.

Why the review is fake?

neopetsguides.com is either owned by the same person or works with neopoints.in/neopointsdeal.com (they are the same), which is a competitor site of ours, why would they need to buy a Royal Paint Brush from us? I bet they can't even provide an order number from us.

And if you look at all the articles they wrote, they write a fake one for all competitors not just us.

Their other site neopets-cheats.com is also basically a collection of programs and scripts stolen from other sites.

Why are they writing fake review?

To make sellers with competitive price look like fraud so people would buy from them instead. The price for Neopets items and Neopoints has dropped significantly recently due to how easy it became to earn them, and their price cannot keep up, for example the price for Neopoints on their website is a whooping $2.75/m and the current Neopoints price we have is $0.07/m. That's why all their fake reviews are something bad about a competitor then a compliment on neopoints.in/neopointsdeal.com.

We are not saying you should only buy from us and not from anywhere else, we always attract our customers with competitive pricing and good service instead of criticizing other sites with fake reviews. That's how we got so successful in the past year.
